Sick Of The Scroll To Social Media Madness?

😩 Checking it nonstop, chasing trends, and burning hours, TIME to take control

πŸ‘‹ Hey Flow Fam,

Social media is supposed to grow your business, not eat your life. Between TikTok trends, LinkedIn updates, and Meta pushing AI everywhere, it feels like the platforms are running us instead of the other way around. This week we’re flipping the script with tools, hacks, and fresh insights that help you post smarter, not harder. Let’s get your time back and still win the algorithm game.

What does your business need?

Social Media Is Eating Your Time. Here’s How To Get It Back.
Meta just rolled out AI ad tools that can build campaigns for you. TikTok Shop is on fire, hitting 26 billion in sales while changing the way people shop online. LinkedIn newsletters are giving creators three to five times more reach. The rules keep shifting but the opportunities are huge if you use the right tools.

//COMMUNITY

Meet Drogoff1489, the creator behind a crazy-efficient social media engine. They built a fully automated workflow using n8n that:

  • Pulls ideas from Telegram, RSS feeds, and past content

  • Uses OpenAI to write platform-specific posts and captions

  • Generates media with Stable Diffusion for visuals

  • Publishes everywhere after a quick human approval

This setup not only powers their own channels but is also a service they deliver to clients. That is the type of workflow we love to see shared in this community.

The One-Hour Social Media Sprint

Tired of wasting hours every week on social? Here’s a proven workflow to plan, create, and schedule your entire week of content in just one hour.

Step 1. Pick Your Core Idea (10 minutes)
Choose one theme for the week β€” maybe it’s a customer win, an industry trend, or a behind-the-scenes story. Write down three takes on it (funny, informative, practical).

Step 2. Create Three Formats (20 minutes)

  • Short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

  • Static carousel or image post (Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Quick one-liner tweet or text post (X, Threads, LinkedIn)

Step 3. Repurpose Smartly (10 minutes)
Drop your video into Repurpose.io and push it across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Take your carousel and tweak it slightly for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Step 4. Schedule Everything (15 minutes)
Use Publer or Buffer to set your posts for the week. Customize captions slightly for each platform to match the vibe.

Step 5. Track One Metric Only (5 minutes)
Decide on one number to care about this week: reach, saves, or clicks. Check it at the end of the week, then adjust.

//PROBLEMSOLVED

We love it when a community comes together

See this week’s finds of solved questions in the Make and Airtable communities and tweak to fit your needs.

❓ Airtable: Update multiple records from a Find Records list
You ran Find records and need to update every match at once. So in Automations, pass the found record IDs to either a Repeat for each record group with Update record using Current item β†’ Record ID, or use a Run script action to loop the IDs. This avoids manual edits and scales cleanly.

❓ Make: Recombine data after a Router
Split a scenario with a Router and want to merge paths to run the same final actions by saving values in each path with Tools β†’ Set variables, then continue on a single route with Get variables. For complex joins, look at the Converger help or restructure with an Aggregator.

Stay in the flow!
